MAGNETIC STRUCTURE OF NANOCRYSTALLINE ALLOYS
Marcel Miglierini - Jean Marc Greneche
Magnetic structure of FeMCuB (M = Ti, Zr)
nanocrystalline alloys which are strong candidates for
technical applications is inspected by Mossbauer effect
measurements. Two mutually independent distributions of
hyperfine fields and one sextet of Lorentzian lines are
employed to reproduce the amorphous residual phase, the
interface zone, and the crystalline phase,
respectively. The hyperfine field distributions
obtained are analysed using their decomposition into
Gaussian components. A model of topography of hyperfine
interactions is proposed.
