MATRIX QUADTREE AND OCTREE REPRESENTATIONS

   The paper deals with matrix quadtree and octree representations of two-dimensional and three-dimensional multiobject scenes. They are based on a memory saving "top-down" form of tree nodes descriptions, allowing to store more relevant information on the objects included.
