HIGH REPETITION FREQUENCY MODE IN CHARGE TRANSIENT SPECTROSCOPY
Drahoslav Barančok - Ilja Thurzo - Ján Vajda
A more complex formula for charge transient analysis is
necessary when operating the technique in the high repetition
frequency mode. This mode is defined for the temperature range where
the relaxation time of the response is longer than the halfperiod q
of the train of charging pulses. The complexity of the formalism
is compensated by an enhanced energy resolution in the latter
mode.
