MÖSSBAUER SPECTROMETRY IN FeMCuB-TYPE NANOCRYSTALLINE ALLOYS: II. THE CASE OF M = Nb, AND Ti
Marcel Miglierini
Fe80M7Cu1B12 (M = Nb and Ti) alloys are studied by
57Fe Mossbauer spectrometry in amorphous and nanocrystalline
forms. The latter are obtained at different stages of crystallization
through thermal treatment in protective atmosphere. Hyperfine interactions
are examined by the help of an evaluation model which was introduced in
part I, the previous paper. Three-dimensional mappings of the corresponding
hyperfine field distributions enable us - after their decomposition into
several Gaussian components - to sketch a structural model as well as
a model of the topography of hyperfine interactions within FeMCuB-type
nanocrystalline alloys.
