BALANCE OF PARTIAL DISCHARGE ENERGY

   Balance of the partial discharge (PD) energy in a cavity in a solid dielectric will be described in the paper. Mathematical and physical tools will be applied to the cavity model of cylindrical shape. Relations related to the total PD energy and its individual forms will be derived in the paper.
