OPTICAL METHODS FOR EXAMINING AND COMPARING OPTICALLY TRANSPARENT POLYMER FOILS
Lívia Syrová
The contribution treats the topic of acquiring information on the
properties of optically transparent materials by the Schlieren
method applied under laboratory conditions, and on processing the
experimentally gained information by means of a special computer
code based on a reference image. Experimental results obtained
on various objects of observation, such as polymer foils, and
their graphical and numerical interpretation are presented as well.
