INTERDIGITAL TRANSDUCER WITH SLANTED FINGERS

   The use of interdigital transducers with slanted fingers for wideband linear phase surface acoustic wave filter is examined. The results of a theoretical and experimental study for 70MHz and 25 percent bandwidth wideband linear phase surface acoustic wave filter on YZ-lithium niobate are given in this paper.
