MAXIMUM POWER TRANSFER ON A JUNCTION OF A COAXIAL TRANSMISSION LINE WITH A RECTANGULAR FERRITE FILLING AND A LINEAR COAXIAL TRANSMISSION LINE

The article presents a short analysis of a nonlinear interaction
of shock-wave pulses incident on a junction of a homogeneous
coaxial transmission line with rectangular ferrite filling and a
linear coaxial line. Real dependence of the magnetic flux
F(I) of the rectangular ferrite filler is approximated by a
function consisting of linear parts. We search for optimal
conditions for transmission of power through the junction.
