COMPUTER AIDED INVESTIGATION OF AC AND DC DRIVES

   The paper proposes a computerised approach to the investigation of AC and DC electric drives. Analytical and experimental determination of the dynamic and static characteristics of these electric drives is carried out by means of personal computers for calculation, control and measurement. Presented are the results of the application of the implemented in the training process: a software package for the calculation of the characteristics of A.C. and D.C. electric drives and a computerised stand for experimental determination of the above-mentioned characteristics.
