BEAM FORMING WITH CIRCULAR ANTENNA-ARRAYS FOR INDOOR MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS

   A new beam former to decrease the influences of multi-path propagation by spatial filtering is introduced. The reduced delay spread and Doppler spread improves the overall channel characteristics and results in more benign communication channels. Evaluations in typical indoor environments based on a 3-D ray-tracing program were carried out and results are shown.
