A MODEL OF THE COLLISION ASYNCHRONOUS COMMUNICATION CHANNEL
This paper deals with the collision asynchronous communication
channel. An unslotted ALOHA channel and a Frequency-Hopped
Spread-Spectrum Multiple-Access System channel appertain to the
category of the collision asynchronous communication channels.
In this paper the method for the computation of the probability
distribution of erasures or errors in received symbol block is
presented. This distribution allows to analyze the influence of
code measures on parameters of collision asynchronous
communication systems. The analysis of the influence of selected
code measures on the performance of a Slow Frequency-Hopped
Spread-Spectrum Multiple-Access System is showed as an example.
