CIRCULAR MAGNETIZATION MEASUREMENT IN SOFT FERROMAGNETIC MATERIALS

Quasistatic circular magnetization measurement in soft ferromagnetic
materials is discussed using a simple model. Experimental procedure
for measurement of circular magnetization is proposed and demonstrated
on the stress annealed amorphous CoFeSiB wire. It has been shown that
circular magnetization reversal may be influenced by introducing
the axial current flow. The experimental procedure proposed enables
to study magnetic reversal of chosen part of the sample eliminating
the direct influence of its ends.
