COMPARISON OF RAY-TRACING AT LIGHT SOURCE OFFSET WHEN FORMING CURVES ARE VARIOUS CONES

We have shown a new way of extension of the application range of
rotary symmetric reflectors. This method is based on redirecting
light rays by shifting the light source along the axis of
rotation. Its advantage is the possibility to create various
types of luminous intensity distribution curves using
one reflector. Solutions for parabolic, elliptic and hyperbolic
forming curves have been calculated.
