INTERACTIVE SHOCK WAVES IN A COAXIAL CABLE WITH A HOMOGENEOUS FERRITE FILLER TERMINATED BY A SHORT CIRCUIT

In this contribution we deal with nonlinear interaction of
shock waves pulses in a coaxial cable with magnetic nonlinearity
terminated by a short circuit. The solution is based on the
equations describing the propagation of discontinuities of shock
waves. Fast remagnetization of the ferrite filler by shock wave
pulses is taken into account. Theoretical analysis and
experimental results are compared.
