REMARK TO J. VAN TILBURG ATTACK ON THE McELIECE PUBLIC-KEY CRYPTOSYSTEM

   The aim of this paper is to correct the average number of swaps needed for the algorithm proposed by Johan van Tilburg presented in []. This result has no influence on the strength of the cryptosystem, although the use of a direct Markov model might clarify the algorithm. The standard deviation of this number is presented too.
