A COMMENT ON KRŠŇÁK'S "BALANCE OF PARTIAL DISCHARGE ENERGY"

   In this short paper, some comments are being made regarding the recently published paper by I. Kršňák "Balance of partial discharge energy". Some experimental data are shown regarding the variation of the apparent charge with the diameter of the cavity. The discrepancy between experimental and theoretical results is pointed out and discussed.
