DETERMINATION OF MAGNETOCRYSTALLINE STRUCTURE OF SUBSTITUTED IRON OXIDES

   Application of thermomagnetic analysis for finding of optimum synthesis of single-phase ferrites is presented. Measurement of temperature dependence of magnetic susceptibility χ(ϑ), Mössbauer spectroscopy, and other magnetic analysis methods were used for determination of the structural parameters and phase composition of different iron oxides. Advantages and drawbacks of the thermomagnetic analysis besides other methods are pointed out.
