ANALYSIS OF SUBSTRATE DIMENSIONS ON DIVERSIFICATION OF TEMPERATURE FIELD IN HYBRID MICROCIRCUITS

Wlodzimierz Kalita - Mariusz Wceglarski - Stanislav Slosarčík

The paper presents the results of the analysis of the influence of various constructional factors (topological and material) on diversification of the temperature field in hybrid microcircuits. The y coefficient has been defined as a measure of this diversification. On the basis of the results of simulation calculations carried out with the HYBTERM program as well as laboratory studies, the criteria for rational design of hybrid microcircuits with intention to minimize the temperature field diversification have been formulated.

Keywords: hybrid microcircuits, temperature field, inhomogeneous temperature field, simulation of temperature field, HYBTERM program
