TEMPERATURE FIELD COLLOCATION IN THICK FILM HEATERS

   The principle and technical realisation of temperature field collocation in the heating systems for relatively high temperature in thick film structures have been analysed. The presented results of investigations and simulations have been realised on the models of gas sensors heaters made in two versions: as the heaters based on resistive and as the heaters based on conductive thick films. The effects of the number of resistors, their geometry as well as arrangement in the system on the temperature distribution have been analysed. For studies the specialised computer program HYBTERM has been used.
