A NEW FAST DECODING ALGORITHM FOR FRACTAL IMAGE BLOCK CODING SCHEME WITHOUT SPATIAL CONTRACTION

   In this paper a new decoding algorithm for fractal image coding scheme without spatial contraction is designed. The algorithm is based on direct computations of the values of pixels. The algorithm is compared with the "traditional" iterative decoding algorithm.
