SECONDARY TRANSDUCERS OF SENSOR INTEGRATED CIRCUITS WITH SIGNAL BUS SUPPLY

   The problem of creation of bipolar sensor IC with a signal bus supply is considered in this paper. The development of two-terminal sensor IC theory is described. Results of elaboration and investigation of corresponding secondary transducers are presented. Elaborated IC's applications are up-to-date measuring systems, sensor electronics, ecological monitoring techniques, etc.
