The paper deals with the problem of design of monolithic integrated
circuits (ICs) on the basis of the heat transfer process. Two principles
of operation of such circuits are regarded. Specific devices are
elaborated corresponding to these principles. The main theoretical
principles are corroborated by the experimental investigations. The
expounded data confirm the possibility of practical realization of
monolithic frequency filters with cut-off frequencies of 0.2 - 1 Hz and
oscillator with period of oscillation of 0.01 - 10s on the basis of the
heat transfer.
