STABILITY ROBUSTNESS OF DISCRETE-TIME SYSTEMS WITH TIME-DELAYED UNSTRUCTURED PERTURBATION

   The paper provides robustness bound estimates for nominally linear discrete-time systems with unstructured time-delayed perturbations. The obtained estimates are dependent on the delay, however, their computational demands are delay independent.
