GENERALIZED SECOND{ORDER SUFFICIENT OPTIMALITY CONDITIONS

The generalized second-order sufficient optimality condition for C1.1 functions is presented in this paper. We use a certain generalized second-order directional derivative for locally Lipschitz functions which become a second-order lower Dini directional derivative for continuously differentiable functions. We demonstrate by an example that our result is tighter than the previous.
