SOFTWARE FOR MAGNETIC FLUX DENSITY WAVEFORM CORRECTION SYSTEMS
Ivan Zemánek - Václav Havlíček - Aleš Havránek
The universal single sheet tester KF9a developed at the Czech technical university in Prague was improved by new magnetizing system based on the digital-analogue signal generating and data acquisition PC plug-in board Keithley KPCI 3110. The system serves as a magnetizing voltage generator, sensor of the magnetic flux density waveform (represented by induced voltage one), and primarily as an adaptive PC controlled measured signal waveforms corrector. The effective, stable and reliable FFT-based correction algorithms were developed, implemented in the KF9a measuring software and verified in practice. The excellent results of the measurements with implemented correction algorithms are presented.
