TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT BY CALIBRATED SPRT IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS-90

Procedure of the evaluation of temperature measured by a
standard platinum resistance thermometer (SPRT) is presented
in this contribution. It is based on the estimation of the
parameters of the deviation function and their uncertainties
and covariances. Application of the proposed procedure is
illustrated on an example of temperature measurement by the
SPRT calibrated in the temperature range from 0°C to 660°C.
